Frequency and attendance

Live learning requires regular participation.

Certificate eligibility depends on the applicable attendance and completion rules.

Missed classes

The make-up and recording policy must be programme-specific.

Supplementary videos or digital resources may be available, but recordings of every live session are not promised. Families should know whether a missed class can be recovered through a recording, alternate batch, make-up session or independent task.

Cohort changes

Movement between batches depends on capacity and academic fit.

A schedule change should not be promised until the team confirms a suitable level and available seat. Any charges or limits must be disclosed before enrolment.
