Soni Upadhyay

With a strong academic background in Applied Psychology (B.A. and M.A.) and a B.Ed. in English and Social Studies with distinction from Bangalore University, I bring a blend of teaching expertise and counseling skills to my role as an educator. I began my career as a Pre-Primary Teacher at Orchids International School, later moving into an administrative role as Coordinator with Little Millennium School. My journey in student support deepened when I served as a Student Counselor at Christ University, Bangalore. I then contributed as a Primary Faculty and Counselor at National Public School, Banashankari, before joining 21K School, where I currently work as a Primary Facilitator. In addition, I hold a Diploma in Counselling and Guidance, which enriches my ability to mentor and guide students with empathy and care. My professional journey reflects a consistent dedication to nurturing young learners, blending academic instruction with emotional well-being to create a holistic learning environment.

What I love most about my job is the joy of shaping young minds and watching the spark of curiosity turn into confidence. Every day in the classroom is a chance to make a difference — not just by teaching lessons from books, but by nurturing values, empathy, and resilience.
