Start Your FLOWW Programme
Choose the learning goal, confirm the right programme and complete enrolment through the appropriate route.

- 1
Step 1: Choose a programme
Begin with the learner’s current need or interest.
Choose English or Mathematics Mastery, an Indian or International Language, IELTS Preparation, or one of five Capstones: Financial Literacy, Artificial Intelligence, Public Speaking, Entrepreneurship and Coding.
- 2
Step 2: Check fit and availability
Review eligibility, entry level, device requirements and live batch options.
The programme page identifies the normal age or grade band. The live schedule confirms available cohorts. Where previous knowledge matters, the programme team may review experience or request a placement activity.
- 3
Step 3: Register
New FLOWW families register through the website.
Existing or newly enrolled 21K School families can access eligible FLOWW programmes through Add-On Programmes in Parent Hub.
- 4
Step 4: Complete any required placement
Mastery learners complete the diagnostic after registration and before level placement.
Language or IELTS learners may complete a proficiency review where required. Capstone placement normally follows grade and level readiness.
- 5
Step 5: Review fees and terms
Families should see the complete commercial position before paying.
Review the base fee, GST, payment schedule, included resources, device or material requirements, cancellation policy and any benefit.
- 6
Step 6: Pay and confirm the seat
A form submission alone does not necessarily confirm admission.
- 7
Step 7: Prepare for the first class
Families receive onboarding information before the cohort begins.
This should include the confirmed programme and level, batch time and time zone, facilitator or support contact, platform access, device and software checklist, digital resources, attendance expectations and first-class instructions.
Two enrolment routes
The experience should remain simple for both audiences.
Current 21K School learners use Parent Hub for Add-On Programmes and any eligible school-family benefits. Other learners use the FLOWW website and may request counselling if they need help selecting a programme.
Free coding & AI taster
Eligible Grade 3–12 learners enrolling in specified 21K School April/June 2027 cohorts are planned to receive a one-month, eight-session taster.
Questions parents ask
Final checks before enrolment.
Is a counselling call compulsory?
Not for every programme. Families can enrol directly where fit and availability are clear, while Book a Call remains available for guidance.
When is payment required?
Payment timing follows the selected programme’s current terms. Standard Capstones are paid in full at admission.
What happens after registration for Mastery?
The learner completes the relevant diagnostic before the starting level is confirmed.
Can non-21K learners enrol?
Yes. FLOWW is open to eligible learners outside 21K School.
Who helps with payment or technical issues?
The onboarding communication must provide the current support channel and response commitment.
