About Swati
I am a passionate primary educator with 15+ years of teaching experience, currently working as a Grade 1 facilitator at 21K School. I believe every child can learn, grow, and shine when learning is filled with curiosity, creativity, confidence, and joy.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I have had the joy of working with young learners across different learning environments and curricula. I am currently a Grade 1 Facilitator at 21K School, where I teach English, Science, and the Unit of Inquiry using a learner-centred and play-based approach. My journey has given me experience with the Cambridge Curriculum, online learning, and primary education. I have also completed my Primary Teacher Training Course with distinction and recently completed my B.Ed.
I love creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences through stories, games, hands-on activities, conversations, and plenty of opportunities for children to ask questions, share their ideas, and learn from one another. For me, teaching goes beyond academics—it is about helping children become confident, curious, kind, and independent learners who enjoy exploring the world around them.
I believe that every child has a unique spark, and teaching gives me the opportunity to help that spark grow. Over the years, I have learned that sometimes a small moment—a child confidently answering a question, trying again after making a mistake, sharing an idea, or simply saying, “I can do it!”—can be more meaningful than any worksheet or assessment.
This is why I teach: to create a classroom where children feel safe to wonder, question, explore, make mistakes, and try again. I want my learners to know that their ideas matter and that learning can be joyful. My greatest reward is seeing a once-hesitant child become more confident and watching learners discover that they are capable of more than they imagined.
My motto is simple: Every child can learn, grow, and shine.

Swati’s Philosophy
Every child can learn, grow, and shine.
Learning should be joyful, meaningful, and filled with curiosity.
Children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.
I believe in learning through play, exploration, stories, and real-life experiences.
Mistakes are opportunities to learn, reflect, and grow.
My goal is to nurture confident, curious, kind, and independent learners.
