The employee Referral Program is open to all active employees of 21K except Sales Employees or any employee access to CRM.
To qualify, referrals must be acknowledged by the new family during the enrollment process, and not after admission. To receive the Referral Bonus the referring family (21K School active employees) must ensure that the new students enroll using the referral link shared with them (available above).
The employee Referral Program does not apply to new sibling students.
The Tuition fee waiver is applied only to the Annual School Tuition Fees. It is not applicable to Learning Kit, Coding Kit, Examination Fee, Centre Charges, Language Fee, SEN Fee, Day Boarding Fees, and similar.
The employee Referral Program is subject to review or suspension at any time. Interpretation of program parameters will be at the discretion of the 21K School Management.
Payout: 100% of the referral bonus will be paid after the Term 1 Fee Payment.
Employee must be on-roll with 21K School at the time of payout to receive the referral benefit.
Referral Bonus will be part of the Payroll and taxes will be levied as per the Income Tax act govt of India.
