About Shipra
Driven by a passion for curriculum design, academic excellence, and creating learning experiences that empower educators and learners.
Shipra is a Science Educator and Curriculum Developer with 11+ years of experience across research, education, curriculum development, assessment, and academic quality.
Her journey began as a Research Analyst, building a strong foundation in research, analysis, and evidence-based thinking. In 2017, she moved into education as a Mathematics and Science Educator, where classroom experience deepened her understanding of learner needs, pedagogy, and meaningful learning. At 21K School, she progressed from Science Facilitator to Curriculum Developer, extending her contribution from the classroom to wider academic practices.
For Shipra, meaningful learning begins with curiosity—with learners questioning, exploring, making connections, and relating concepts to the world around them. This belief continues to shape her approach to curriculum development and learning design.
In her current role, she works across curriculum design and refinement, learning pathways, academic resources, assessment, classroom observations, content quality, standardisation, and continuous improvement. She brings together classroom insight and analytical thinking to identify gaps, strengthen academic practices, and create consistent learning experiences.
She also explores the purposeful use of AI and technology for content development, assessment refinement, cognitive-level analysis, differentiation, quality checks, and streamlining academic review processes.
From research and classroom teaching to curriculum development and academic quality, Shipra’s journey is driven by a passion for creating engaging, learner-centred, and scalable learning solutions that empower educators and learners and extend the impact of good teaching beyond the classroom.
My journey in education began in May 2017, with Science at the heart of it. Working closely with learners over the years has taught me that the most meaningful learning happens when curiosity comes first — when learners are encouraged to explore, question, and make their own connections. My move into Curriculum Development has let me take this experience beyond the classroom, shaping how learning experiences are designed and improved. I remain driven by one goal: making learning more meaningful, engaging, and relevant.

Shipra’s Philosophy
Curiosity leads to discovery.
Learning becomes meaningful when it connects with real life.
Every learning experience should encourage learners to think, explore, and question.
Good curriculum should inspire learning, not just deliver content.
Continuous improvement is at the heart of meaningful education.
