Our teams work from Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune, with role-specific remote and centre-based opportunities. Every vacancy clearly states its location, work mode and expected in-person commitment.

Selection stages & timelines
Our selection process may vary depending on the role. The typical hiring journey includes: Sourcing → Screening & Shortlisting → Interview Stage I → Interview Stage II → Final Selection → Document Verification → Salary Discussion → Offer Initiation → Joining. Once we receive your application, our HR team will get back to you within 2 working days to acknowledge your application and, where applicable, discuss the next steps.

Some roles may include an assessment as part of the selection process. For academic roles, this may include a teaching demo, subject-specific assessment or other role-relevant evaluation. For non-academic roles, this may include a task, case study, work sample or other role-specific assessment. Where an assessment or work sample is required, we will share the requirements and what is expected from you in advance. Please note that these work samples and assessments are part of the selection process and are not paid assignments.

The number of selection stages may vary depending on the role, seniority and nature of the position. We aim to keep the process focused, structured and respectful of your time. You will be informed about the stages applicable to your role before or as you move through the selection process.

We will keep you informed about your progress throughout the hiring process. You can expect communication from the HR team following interviews and assessments, including information on the next steps wherever applicable. Candidates who progress through the selection process will receive an update on the outcome and next steps. We will also communicate closure to candidates at the applicable stages of the process.
