My journey in teaching began in 2017, when I took my first steps into the world of education as a Montessori teacher. I spent two wonderful years in this role, where I had the opportunity to work closely with young learners and understand the importance of creating a nurturing, engaging, and joyful learning environment. This experience laid a strong foundation for my teaching journey and helped me discover how much I enjoy being around learners and supporting their growth.

After my experience as a Montessori teacher, I moved into the field of English Communication Training, which opened up a completely new and enriching chapter in my career. I had the opportunity to train learners from ITI colleges across places such as Mangalore and Bangalore. Working with learners from diverse backgrounds helped me develop a deeper understanding of their individual needs and the importance of building confidence along with language skills.

My journey then led me to Bangalore University, where I worked as an English Communication Trainer and had the opportunity to work with an English Language Lab on a contractual basis. This was a particularly rewarding experience for me, as I truly enjoyed helping learners improve their communication skills and become more confident in using English. Watching learners gradually overcome their hesitation and express themselves more confidently was one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role.

After completing my contract at Bangalore University, I continued my journey in education and joined 21K School as an ESL Facilitator. Being a part of 21K has given me the opportunity to bring together my experiences in early education, English communication, and learner-centred teaching.

Today, I can confidently say that teaching is not just a profession for me—it is something I genuinely love and feel passionate about. I enjoy connecting with my learners, understanding their unique personalities and learning needs, and creating opportunities for them to learn, communicate, and grow with confidence.

I teach because I believe that education has the power to transform lives. What inspires me most is seeing learners gain confidence, discover their strengths, and develop a love for learning. I enjoy creating a space where every learner feels valued, encouraged, and comfortable expressing themselves. For me, teaching is not just about imparting knowledge; it is about inspiring, guiding, and growing together with my learners.
