I joined Ryan Global School as a facilitator for Business Studies and was later promoted to Section Head. I stepped down from the leadership role for a year to support my son as he prepared for his board examinations, during which time I continued as a facilitator. Afterward, I resumed my responsibilities as Section Head and served in that capacity until 2024. I eventually left Ryan Global School as I was shifting to my new home in Hosur, which was quite a distance from the school. That's when I got the opportunity to join 21KSchool.

What I cherish most about teaching is the privilege of shaping young minds—not just by sharing knowledge, but by nurturing their growth into independent, wholesome, and successful individuals. Each lesson, conversation, and moment of connection is a chance to spark curiosity, build resilience, and guide students toward discovering their own paths.

I find deep fulfillment in watching them evolve—not only academically, but emotionally and socially. Helping them think critically, express themselves with confidence, and face challenges with courage makes this journey truly meaningful. Whether they pursue science, art, business, or any other field, knowing I’ve helped lay the foundation for their success is the greatest reward. Teaching is more than a profession—it’s a calling to uplift, ignite potential, and shape a future where every learner feels seen, supported, and empowered.
