One mission. Many crafts.

Great learning depends on more than a classroom.

Facilitators bring learning to life. Academic and learner-success teams help each learner progress. Product and technology teams make the experience reliable, personal and adaptive. Content, media and design teams turn complex ideas into engaging learning. Operations, admissions and growth teams help families begin — and continue — with confidence.

Whatever your role, the learner is never far from the work.

Go for Great

The way we work

Go for Great is our commitment to do meaningful work with ambition, ownership and care. It gives us a common language for the culture we are building.

Go for Great, the film. Why 21K exists, and what going for great asks of the people who work here.

Never in the last hundred years have we seen as sweeping a change as we are seeing in education today. It could not have come at a moment too soon, seeing how education today is beset with several deep-rooted issues.

34% students believe schools don’t prepare them for success in the job market. 60% of future jobs require skills not provided by the educational system. $1.5 trillion of student debt in the US alone is the second highest after home mortgages.

With the pandemic compelling societies everywhere to rethink how education is delivered, education can finally move from an antiquated factory model to a model where learning can be liberating.

At 21K School, our goal is to lead the revolution that will disrupt K-12 education globally. We aim to make education progressive, affordable and accessible to all. By empowering educators with the control, support and technologies they need, they can now think big and go for great.

With great educators comes great education. With great education comes great societies. From great societies come great economies and nations.

Now is our time to change the world. Now is when we go for great.
