The following is the fee structure for Grade 9 to Grade 12 for admissions to 21K School. The program start date for the academic year 2024-25 will be 12th April 2024.

Notes:

  • Full-Time students Annual School Fees will be charged for 5 Subjects. Students can study more than five subjects by paying additional fees if approved by the School Principal.
  • Cambridge International levies INR 3150 per year per student as an "Annual Learner Registration Fee" for British Secondary & Senior Secondary. There is no extra charge for Pearson Edexcel.
  • The Learning Material Kit is delivered at no extra cost within India. However, if you choose express delivery, please refer to the additional charges listed below.

  • Students have the option of choosing between Cambridge and Edexcel for International GCSE and AS/A Levels.
  • The fee structure remains the same for both however the cost of Examination Fee and Center Charges vary for each choice.
  • Please select the appropriate Curriculum on the basis of the proximity of the Examination center to your location as Grade 10 and Grade 12 Examinations in India will be pen and paper-based only.
  • Cambridge pen and paper examinations for students in India will be conducted only at an approved examination center which is a Cambridge Affiliated School.
  • Edexcel is more flexible.

  • The Programme Start Date: 12th April 2024, with the inauguration of the 4th Academic Year.
  • The Programme kicks off with the Week of Welcome and Bridge Course. After this students can take a well-deserved break during the Summer Vacation. Regular academics will then recommence on 3rd June 2024.
  • To ensure all parents and students are set up for success, attendance is required at Parent Orientation and Technical Training & Orientation.
  • Parents Orientation on 13th April 2024.
  • Technical Orientation and Training will be held before the start of classes. Specific dates and times will be informed a few days in advance.
  • Class size for each Batch will be as per the details mentioned on the website.
  • All classes will be held from Monday to Friday as per School Almanac. Events and PTMs will be conducted on Saturdays as per the Academic Calendar.
  • Frequent Internal assessments will be at no additional cost.
  • The School reserves the right to change Grade, Subject, and Curriculum for academic reasons, including non-declaration of Special Education Needs of the student at the time of enrolment.

21K School offers a Learning Kit for all of its courses which consists of coursebooks and workbooks.

Purchasing the Kit enables complimentary access to digital resources and eContent, allowing students to benefit from a blended learning approach - combining physical and digital learning materials as preferred. Furthermore, if needed, part-time students can purchase the books locally at their discretion; such students would not have access to digital resources.

Learning Material Kit for IGCSE, AS, A Level includes the following:

  • Mandatory and Choice of Books selected during admissions.
  • Student Merchandise - ID card, Almanac, and Annual Planner.

  • School Fee is payable as per the due dates mentioned above, irrespective of the number of calendar months in each term. This fee is applicable for all grades unless otherwise specified.
  • An additional school fee of $20 per month will be applicable for children with Special Education Needs (SEN), where a Special Educator is assigned to the child.
  • The fee includes Assessment Charges for 21K School. Any Board Examinations, Centre Charges, and additional fees introduced by the respective Boards will be additional and excluded from the above.
  • The School is not obliged to send fee reminders. If it is done, it is only in the student's interest and cannot be demanded. Non-receipt of communication from the school will not be treated as a valid reason for non-payment of fees within the stipulated date/time. The school’s decision will be final and binding with respect to all matters concerning school fees
  • Fees must be paid online through the Mobile App/Invoice/ link provided. We do not accept any liability for payments made on other links, websites, or persons.
  • Late payment charges of $2 per day will be levied if the fee is not paid within the due date.
  • Requests for a change of curriculum and subjects will be open only before the dispatch of the learning kit or the start of the academic year, whichever is earlier. Requests for such changes will not be entertained after the start of the academic year.
  • Request for a Bonafide Certificate, additional documents, hard copies of marks sheet / revised fee receipts, or TC will attract payment of $15 per instance. Internaitonal Courier charges will be additional, as mentioned under the Learning Kit section.
  • The 4th academic year ends on 31st March 2025.

  • The fee structure of 21K School is governed by its rules, policies, terms, and conditions and as amended from time to time by the Management at its sole discretion.
  • On payment of fees and enrolling with 21K School, you agree to abide by the above and will be considered as a consent of the above.

  • Family concession (where two or more students of the same parents are studying at 21K School) would be provided only for the younger sibling. The rebate permissible is 10% on School Fee. This rebate cannot be combined with any other scholarship or rebate or waiver of fees.
  • Any and all Rebates and Scholarships are applicable only on the annual School Fees and adjusted against the last instalment. No rebate or waiver is applicable on the learning kit, security deposit, coding kit, board examination fee, centre charges, or any similar additional cost as mentioned separately.
  • Students passing out from 21K School in Grade 10 or Grade 12 will get free membership to 21K School Alumni Crew.
